Although the (video) title sells this as a continuation of the "Liebesgrüße..." series, there is hardly any connection at all - it's a sex comedy and has Georg Einerdinger in it, but that's about as far as it goes. The original tagline "Die Dummen sterben nie aus" (there'll always be stupid people) is quite possibly an indirect insult directed towards anyone stupid enough to pay any money to watch this, because this a monumental stinker - more stinker than monumental, because the film has been made on the very cheap: I recognised an indoor pool with bar which the director had used in one of his Mutzenbacher films, so this was quite possibly his own.

People who believe in the so-bad-it's-good idea of movie trash will appreciate one jaw-droppingly awful scene set in Africa: Georg Einerdinger, dressed in a kind of missionary monk outfit, walks through an African village while singing the title song "Kokosnüsse und Bananen" (coconuts and bananas). That alone would easily qualify for the bottom drawer, but it gets worse: Georg is accompanied on his walk by a group of black children - all dressed in loin clothes in unmistakable Bavarian colours! The fact that this scene is out of focus suggests to me that their parents stopped any further atrocities to world culture once they saw what these crazy foreigners were up to.

Story (from EGAFD)
The whole plot takes place in Hamburg where Sylvia lives in a flat with her parents. Like many young girls of her age she's keeping a diary.

In the second scene we become acquainted with her classmate Ellen. Ellen is debauching Sylvia on the school toilet and after eating Sylvia's pussy she urinates into the toilet. Sylvia isn't really satisfied with her lesbian adventure.

In a cafe her boyfriend Lothar is introduced to us but she's not really in love with him. In one of the next scenes he gets her home. On the staircase she gives him a handjob and he fingers her pussy but that's all.

Later on Ellen gives a big party at her home. Lothar really gets disappointed when Sylvia refuses to have sex with him. More and more of the guests, even Lothar, go upstairs to the bedrooms to have sex. Ellen is banging two guys in a pool. One of them cums on her back, the other one in her mouth. When Sylvia spies her boyfriend fucking a blonde girl she leaves the party alone. This is the last time she meets him. At the end of the orgy scene two girls urinate into the pool.

But now the movie comes to a turning point. In the next scene we see her being really lucky. The reason is that she has fallen in love with Holger, a 38 year old guy she got to know in a cafe. For the first time Sylvia seems to be content with her life. But their joys of love end quickly when he has to leave Hamburg for Singapore. The movie finishes with the scene at the railway station. Sylvia is in despair again but now she realizes that this is the beginning of something new.
